Stop making me repeat myself every single chat.

Time: 25 minutes

Goal: Set up your AI so it knows your voice, remembers your brand, and never needs to be told twice.

Most people pick up an AI tool, type a prompt, get a generic response, and then wonder why it does not sound like them. That is not an AI problem. That is a setup problem.

This section is where we fix that. By the end of these four activities, your AI will not just know what to write. It will know how you write your rhythm, your vocabulary, what you would never say, and the psychological architecture behind your best content.

Lets build your ContentOS.

Step 1: Your Strategic Identity

Make AI sound like me, not like a robot.

This happens because most creators skip the setup phase entirely. They open a chat window, type a prompt, and expect magic. What they get instead is corporate speak, the word delve, and three rocket ship emojis. The AI is not broken. It just does not know who you are yet. This activity fixes the soul of your AI.

What We Are Doing

You are going to generate a Core Identity Document. This is a single high-density file that captures your brand voice, target audience, business goals, and content style. Think of it as the onboarding packet you would hand a new team member on day one. Except this team member never forgets it.

Before You Start

You will need three things:

What is a Negative Constraint? It is the specific word, phrase, tone, or emoji you want to permanently ban your AI from using. Examples: Never use the word delve. Never start a sentence with As an AI. No space-themed emojis. Ever. The more specific, the better. This single step does more to make your AI sound like you than almost anything else.

The Activity

  1. Open your AI tool of choice. Claude or Gemini both work great here. Free tiers handle this perfectly.
  2. If you have a brand guide document, upload it directly so the AI can analyze it.
