Phase 1: Brand Core & Identity
This section defines the creator's baseline—who they are, what they stand for, and how they sound.
- The Elevator Pitch: If you had to explain your brand to a stranger in two sentences, what would you say?
- Core Values: What are the 3-5 non-negotiable principles that guide your work (e.g., transparency, accessibility, deep technical rigor, humor)?
- Brand Archetype & Personality: Are you the rebellious disruptor, the wise mentor, the enthusiastic cheerleader, or the meticulous scientist?
- Tone of Voice: Choose 3 adjectives that describe your tone (e.g., punchy, academic, empathetic, sarcastic).
- The Anti-Vibe: What is your brand not? (e.g., "We are never condescending," or "We never use corporate jargon.")
- Unique Value Proposition (UVP): What makes your perspective different from the 100 other people talking about your niche?
Phase 2: The Ideal Follower Persona (IFP)
This is the most critical section for AI training. The more specific the creator gets here, the better the AI can tailor its output.
- The Basics: Age range, current job title, industry, and daily routine.
- The Skill Level: Exactly how proficient are they in your niche? (e.g., Are they absolute beginners, mid-level practitioners looking to scale, or senior leaders?)
- The Pain Points: What keeps them up at night? What specific bottlenecks are they facing in their daily work or life?
- The Desired Outcome: What is their ultimate goal? What does "winning" look like for them?
- Information Consumption: Where do they hang out online? Do they prefer deep-dive tutorials, quick hot takes, or visual storytelling?
- Objections & Hesitations: Why might they ignore your advice or hesitate to try your methods? (e.g., "I don't have enough time," "This sounds too technical.")
Phase 3: Content Strategy & The Transformation
This bridges the gap between who the creator is and who the audience is, focusing on the journey the content provides.
- The Core Transformation: What is the "Before and After" of your audience? How does your content shift them from state A (e.g., overwhelmed and confused) to state B (e.g., confident and capable)?
- Content Pillars: What are the 3-4 macro topics you consistently talk about?
